The League of Dreams is an adaptive sports league giving every child a chance to play by providing sports training, team camaraderie and competitive sporting opportunities to athletes with physical, developmental and cognitive disabilities ages 5 to 22. The League was founded in 2007 by Tim Terrio and has grown under the direction of Executive Director Jessica Mathews. The League currently serves over 700 athletes in Kern County and provides 10 different programs.

Hello! My name is Darren Wonderly and I am the father of a League of Dreams athlete. 

My wife, Kati, and I have served as team coach and team mom for our daughter's baseball and basketball teams since we joined. Her brother has served as her angel, helping her play sports as well. 

I have seen athletes light up and have the time of their lives while participating in the programs that League of Dreams provides. 

I am raising money for my daughter Kimber and all of her friends at the League of Dreams to insure they have the chance to play sports! Please consider donating to my fundraiser!
