The League of Dreams is an adaptive sports league giving every child a chance to play by providing sports training, team camaraderie and competitive sporting opportunities to athletes with physical, developmental and cognitive disabilities ages 5 to 22. The League was founded in 2007 by Tim Terrio and has grown under the direction of Executive Director Jessica Mathews. The League currently serves over 700 athletes in Kern County and provides 10 different programs.

Hello! My name is Anthony Medina and I the father of a League of Dreams Athlete.

I have been a volunteer and supporter since my son started with the program. I have coached baseball teams and have been able to connect with a lot of families.

My son has grown with the organization and its been quite a great pleasure. The organization has inspired so many that it has brough new athletes to the organization.
