The League of Dreams is an adaptive sports league giving every child a chance to play by providing sports training, team camaraderie and competitive sporting opportunities to athletes with physical, developmental and cognitive disabilities ages 5 to 22. The League was founded in 2007 by Tim Terrio and has grown under the direction of Executive Director Jessica Mathews. Hello! My name is Jeremy Bowman and I am the Vice President of Operations for the Holloway Group who operates a mine and waste facility in Lost Hills.

I was born and raised in Bakersfield. I have a beautiful wife named AnneMarie and daughter named Bridgette. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family camping, fishing and skiing.

I am connected in many ways to the community that League of Dreams serves. My very good friends have a son with down syndrome and my dad spent his career working for Kern Regional Center.

When I was younger, I remember volunteering at a League of Dreams event and seeing how much it meant to the participants. I strongly believe in inclusivity for all and think it is important to realize this by doing all I can to support a great cause. That is why I am raising money for the League of Dreams as a Shoe Guy for Wine Women and Shoes!

Please consider making a positive impact in the lives of these athletes by making a donation to my fundraiser.
