The League of Dreams is a nonprofit sports league for athletes with disabilities ages 5 to 22. League of Dreams provides 11 different seasonal programs to our athletes that typically wouldn't have a chance to play sports, be on a team or wear a uniform. Hello! My name is Ruben Berumen and I am so happy to be a Shoe Guy for this year's Wine Women & Shoes!

This is my first year being a Shoe Guy, but I'm no stranger to the League of Dreams. My daughter Jessica is the former director and I have announced baseball Opening Day before.

I am the Regional Sales Manager for Instrument Control Services. I love playing golf, being a grandpa and being around people! 

Being an athlete growing up, I truly believe that every child should have a chance to play!
